To celebrate World Book Day, students across Year 10, Year 11, and Nurture took part in an exciting Literacy Escape Room challenge.
Working in teams, students solved a series of literacy-based puzzles and clues that tested their reading, comprehension, vocabulary, and problem-solving skills. Each challenge required careful thinking, teamwork, and attention to detail as groups worked their way through the tasks to “escape”.
The activity was a fun and engaging way to celebrate reading while also developing key literacy skills. Students showed great enthusiasm and collaboration throughout the challenge, making World Book Day an enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone involved.
A fantastic way to bring literacy to life across the school!
