Learning About AI Chatbots with BBC Bitesize
To mark Safer Internet Day, all groups took part in an BBC Bitesize online lesson focused on staying safe online and understanding AI chatbots.
During the session, learners explored what AI chatbots are, how they work, and where they might encounter them in everyday life. The lesson also highlighted the importance of using AI responsibly, thinking critically about information, and knowing when and how to ask for help online.
Everyone was actively involved and gained a better understanding of how technology can be both helpful and challenging. The session encouraged thoughtful discussions and helped build confidence in using digital tools safely and sensibly.
